At NEXEDGE, we believe getting your order should be as straightforward as our formula. No hidden fees, no surprises, no runaround. Here's everything you need to know.
📍 Where We Ship
NEXEDGE ships exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands).
All orders are fulfilled directly from our U.S.-based warehouse — no overseas shipping, no customs delays, no surprise fees.
We currently do not ship internationally. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in NEXEDGE, please reach out at support@nexedge.store — we'd love to hear from you.
🚚 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Delivery times begin once your order has shipped, not when it's placed.
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, automatically selecting the most reliable carrier for your region.
Free shipping applies automatically when your order qualifies — no code needed.
📦 Subscribe & Save Orders
If you're on our Subscribe & Save plan ($49/month), your order ships automatically on your billing date with free standard shipping on every order, regardless of total.
You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before each shipment so you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your account dashboard.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Track your package directly on the carrier's website or through your NEXEDGE account.
If you don't receive tracking within 2 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@nexedge.store.
✏️ Address Changes & Order Modifications
We move fast to get your order out the door. If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at support@nexedge.store.
Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly.
📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked delivered but missing:
- Check with neighbors, building reception, mailroom, or hidden delivery spots (porches, side doors, garages)
- Wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers mark packages delivered before the final drop
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number
- If still unresolved after 3 days, email us at support@nexedge.store and we'll help investigate
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the shipping box and product
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number
- We'll send a replacement at no cost
If your package is lost in transit:
- We'll work with the carrier to locate it
- If unrecoverable, we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund
🚫 Failed Deliveries & Return-to-Sender
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Customer refusal to accept delivery
…you'll be responsible for re-shipping costs. We'll contact you to arrange redelivery or process a refund (minus original shipping costs).
🌡️ Storage & Handling
NEXEDGE capsules are shelf-stable and don't require refrigerated shipping. Once your order arrives, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain potency.
🏝️ APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
We're proud to ship to APO/FPO military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Please note:
- Standard delivery may take 5–10 business days
- Expedited and Express shipping options may not be available for all territory addresses
- Tracking updates may be delayed for APO/FPO destinations
